Equipment

We recommend that all pupils have access to a dictionary for homework. Pupils are given the opportunity to purchase a range of materials to supplement their learning at the beginning of the academic year.

Homework

Pupils receive homework on a regular basis. We firmly believe that homework should be a consolidation and extension of the work covered in class.

Revision

The department currently puts on GCSE revision sessions after February half-term for reading and listening and holds a Saturday morning workshop prior to the oral exams. Teachers can also provide students with revision materials and there is plenty of material on our section of the VLE.
