Lynn Grove VA High School is engaging in innovation in four broad areas:

• The use of ICT for curriculum enrichment, which includes development of a VLE (Virtual Learning Environment)
• Constructing, adapting and/or preparing the teaching and learning environment of the future
• The development of connected learning communities, some physical, as with a Federation and Consortium; some virtual as in the evolution of VLE communities
• Reforming the workforce to improve teaching and learning, ie looking philosophically and practically at ways of recruiting, supporting and utilising staff effectively to support the learning of our pupils
