COLLECTION OF COURSEWORK

or by making arrangements with the school office/class teacher. After these dates, uncollected coursework/art displays may be destroyed.
COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES
- A Presentation Evening will take place in November 2010. Please keep the school informed of any address changes after you have left the school, as your invitation will be sent to you. Following the evening, any uncollected certificates will be posted to your home address by Registered Mail, where upon delivery a signature will be required. Certificates will not be given to anyone other than the candidate without the candidate’s written authorisation.
- Under Exam Regulations, all schools/colleges are only obliged to keep certificates for a period of 1 year after issue. After this time, certificates will either be destroyed or returned to the Awarding Bodies. Should a candidate lose their certificates, the majority of the Examination Boards will NOT provide you with a duplicate certificate. They can however, send you a Certified Statement of Results. To obtain this, you would need to apply to each Examination Board. Each will require proof of identity (such as a birth certificate) and a substantial fee (approx £30). You are therefore URGED to keep your certificates in a safe place.
